Our department is proud to have helped Alameda County win a Government Experience Award presented by the Center for Digital Government. The Information Technology Department partnered with Clerk of the Board and Assessor’s Office to design a modernized Assessment Appeal System that has been successfully used by both Clerk of the Board and Assessor staff to better serve Alameda County’s residents. The awards recognize the achievements and best practices of states, cities and counties that are radically improving the experience of government and pushing the boundaries of how citizen services are delivered.
